We, the ITO-Group a traditional family-owned enterprise, have constantly grown and steadily specialized ourselves, since our company’s establishment in the year 1949 - not least for the enhancement of quality and customer satisfaction. Today our company belongs to the international recognized removal-forwarders and has approx. 300 employees, who exclusively take care of our moving customers. During the implementation of all our services, we constantly pursue the principle of „keeping the service quality", by using subcontractors as rarely as possible. Services from world-wide removals with professional disassembly and assembly of furniture/kitchen, cabinets/wall-units (e.g. Interlübke, Hülster, Flötotto, Musterring) up to customs clearing, port handling, container trucking are in principle handled by ITO’s own reliable and expert personnel. Thus we consciously defy the general trend for the use of temporary workers and day-wage-men. To assure all our costumers a successful co-operation, a justifiable firm's philosophy is just as important as transnational teamwork as well as good internal organizing. The latter is ensured by our audited quality management and our world-wide networked IT-system for an international completion of all our orders. Consequently it is possible for us to plan and accomplish individual and customized services. Our versatile references and longtime basic-agreement-partnerships confirm the high quality of our activities and the lasting customer satisfaction. However, even with all our business procedures, the environment should not be ignored. Therefore we began with a set of measures, which will only be the beginning for us – because this topic must and certainly will become a cross-sectional task for all enterprises. |
